Returns Policy


  • Items must be returned within 10 working days from purchase
  • Items must be unused and with original labels attached
  • To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, shipping is not refundable and we recommend you track and trace your items
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty. If sale items are found faulty they can be exchanged for another item the same price

Please note the refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact your bank for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process
